Q: How do you recommend prepping/grilling the frozen burgers? Should they be thawed/soaked in milk? Recommended grilling temp/time?
A: We recommend thawing patties and grill at 350-400 degrees until you reach internal temperature of 165 ( roughly 8-10 minutes).
Q: Are these alligator patties pre-seasoned???? If so, can I get them unseasoned???? Want to have them on my food trailer, but have my own seasoning blend that would be perfect!
A: The Alligator Patties are made with some seasonings. ingredient list : alligator, pork, green onions, seasoning (salt, red pepper, black pepper, monosodium glutamate, sugar). Unfortunately this item does not come unseasoned.
