Poche's Pork Boudin - PARTY LINKS
Have A Question For This Product?
Q: Can you grill or cook on a flat iron grill? Some of the other boudin’s show this. This pack only says microwave or on the stove. Thanks
A: If you want to grill the boudin, you can preheat a flat iron grill to medium-high heat and grill the links for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are browned and heated through. Be sure to prick the boudin casings with a fork before grilling to allow the excess fat to escape and prevent the casings from bursting. Cook until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees.
Q: Are the links an assortment of styles or only one?
A: It is all the same link style. The "party" refers to them being a smaller shareable size.
Q: How many links and total weight? Thanks Dan
A: There are 5lbs or 30 links in one package.
The perfect individual bite size party links. Each link is about 2-1/2 inches. Poche's own recipe for over 30 years. Voted the best boudin in south Louisiana. Cooked pork meat, pork liver, onions, special seasonings and rice stuffed in natural hog casings. Steam it or grill it. USDA approved.
